Appointment availability used to be really good. However getting a routine appointment is now more difficult and nearly always nearly a week (or more) in advance.
Getting an appointment with the nurse is even worse. I don't know what the problem is but it never used to be like this.
Staff also seem to have all changed and the friendly atmosphere the surgery once exuded is no longer present. Such a shame.
