The environment was a little off putting due to location however the staff were just amazing. Really put me at ease when I was feeling a little nervous. Doctor explained everything to me , making me feel as comfortable as possible. Very impressed

This was the best experience I’ve had at the clinic ever. I had a male nurse today at the Victoria sexual health clinic and he was amazing very comforting and I felt very safe to explain what was going on to him! I feel like he genuinely cared for my health and my needs! I wish I had gotten his name but my appointment was 27/03/24 at 1pm

There was no female chaperone so he wasn’t able to do a viewing of my intimate. I just wish there was someone there so he could carry it out.

It was easy to phone up and book, the staff were extremely kind and understanding as well as asking important questions thoroughly. Was a quick and easy process where i felt comfortable.
