Waited for 50 minutes on phone to be told have to go through website website form not available, went to surgery stood behind an elderly man who said he had walked for an hour and didn't have a computer but was still turned away by the receptionist, I was disgusted and so angry, asked to see an doctor told to use website or klinick, i said it wasn't working and was told will be tomorrow so try then . Anyway gave up went to walk in GP at Barncoose hospital (which I highly recommend) was sent straight to oncology to find my cancer diagnosis and treatment began. I have seen the GP commission report on line and agree as quoted *In need of improvement* surprised to see said 7doctors at this surgery wow Where???

Treat people with respect, offer care and help when needed, Do not turn people away! Revert to how surgery was run when Dr Perkins was there , you could make an appointment,see a doctor ,be made better all within a couple of days x real shame it's gone this way I used to say how good they were but now I'm ashamed to say I'm on their patient list.
