I have been with this surgery from 2011. You can never get through the phones easily, minimum wait is 20-25 mins. Can never get a appointment with my doctor I have to wait for at least 4 weeks before I can be seen by her. At times when there has been cover doctors they are asking me what would you like me to do!!! I needed a simple referral letter to go private as I'm fed up of being taken round and round in circles. It's been 2 weeks I still haven't received the letter. I get 30 mins for lunch from work and my whole time has gone phoning them. No one knows what's going on, one day I phone and the receptionist says we have received your request for a referral letter,it will be ready in 3 days, next day I phone up and I'm told nothing has been received and to re-send it! I work full time in London and cannot get an evening appointment at all. Past two days I've been chasing my referral letter up, and I'm being told by the receptionist it's at the other branch and when the doctors come they will bring it. Even after explaining that I cannot get to the surgery as I come back to slough after their opening hours, the response was "we can't do anything" so much for customer service! I have my private medical appointment tomorrow and have called 2 different surgeries to see if they can email the letter to me. Once I get this I am changing my doctor, I would never recommend this sugary to anyone.
