I got a text message to book an appointment for annual heart check up, called back a few times over last few weeks and the phone doesn't get answered. Today someone did answer the phone but told me I need to book a mid week appointment, which means I need to take a day off work for about 5 min of the nurses time. This doesn't feel reasonable. Most my interactions over last 15 years have left me feeling the attitude there is not to help patients but to do the paperwork required to bill NHS.

I feel as though the surgery have given me support and a very good standard of medical professional health care. I am going into my retirement years and felt as though they really cared that i was fit and healthy. I found Dr Pambakian listened to what i was saying. Thank you,

I have been with the Surgery over 30 years and found the Doctors nurses and staff to be extremely polite and very helpful. I have had a heart attack, triple bypass, ICD implant fitted, take warfarin so am tested regular by the Surgery, and cancer to name but a few and always been very well looked after. The Surgery also has an excellent pharmacy on the premises. It also has facilities for Physiotherapy, Pilates and Podiatry to name a few. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Surgery to anyone. Graham Bellwood
