All the staff at Upper Gordon are caring, professional and knowledgable. One GP that deserves a special mention from me is Dr Emma Whitehouse who is working very hard to help me through a difficult time and obviously really cares. That said, all the GPs are very approachable and friendly. I always manage to get an appointment that suits me and blood tests etc. are always performed very quickly with result also available quickly. This practice doesn't wait for your next appointment if something untoward is found but contacts me immidiately with advice on what to do. I cant praise this surgery highly enough. Sometimes it can be a short wait to see the GP owing to overrunning with previous patients as is to be expected but that has never caused me to feel that my appointment has then been rushed.
