It us very difficult to get an appointment. I feel 'rushed through' a consultation, with the exception of Dr. Toose and Dr. Young, although I avoid the surgery as much as possible. It would also help to be told which waiting area to sit in at K.S.

ISOMEONE AT THE SURGERY HAS DEDCIDED TO STOP MY MEDICATION EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NEVER ASKED THEM TO, TRYING TO GET IT SORTED IS LIKE A MINEFIELD, WRONG INFORMATION IS PASSED ON SO HAVE TO MAKE A FEW PHONE CALLS TO TRY AND GET IT SORTED.

SUFFERING WITH BALANCE PROBLEMS I WAS GIVEN TWO HOME VISITS ONE WEEK, SAME MEDICAL PROBLEM FOLLOWING WEEK AND WAS TOLD BT RECEPTIONIST I NEED A CALL BACK TO DETERMINE IF I NEED A HOME VISIT. THE SURGERY DONT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

Very friendly Reception staff, helpful dispensers and the doctors, nurses all listen and take time to give you the right care.
