I have received all appointments straight away and with ease after calling at 8:30 in the morning every time I’ve needed one. The reception staff are helpful. The nurses that I have seen and spoken to on the phone have been extremely empathetic and kind and have made me feel comfortable coming to them with any issues and well as well as feeling very well supported. The doctors have also been very prompt and helpful. A brilliant GP which have provided me with lots of help and great experience!

Took a few days to get a call appointment for a physical appointment but my injury was not urgent. My Nurse Jo was very friendly and informative and the Centre was clean.

Easier way to make an appointment as it’s hard to get one if it’s not exactly a call at exactly 8:30am in the morning.

I got an appointment straight away when I called. I had a fairly invasive procedure done and felt quite sick after it. Both the nurses were so lovely and helped me in every way. I’m very appreciative of them and their kindness so thank you so much!!

I have had the good fortune of being a registered patient of this surgery for almost 2 decades, remaining with the same doctor. Though much has changed for the worse in our NHS, the staff and quality of care I receive at the University Health Centre has remained unfalteringly excellent.

I really can’t think of anything that I would change about my health care at the surgery.
