Great service, all staff are very helpful and kind. Appointments and drop-in sessions are both very accessible, though the drop-ins can get very busy so arrive early! The nurses and GP are very easy to talk to and make you feel comfortable.

I urgently needed an appointment for something that, although very simple, was causing me so much pain that I couldn't work or do anything useful (a UTI, easily fixed with antibiotics). I didn't want to wait for the next day's drop-in session so I tried my luck and the receptionist was so helpful and got me a nurse's appointment that afternoon, then a GP signed my prescription. Thank you so much, brilliant work & in the face of incessant NHS budget cuts.
