The nurses, who threated my were so nice and calming! I really liked them. Only problem was the receptionist that took my call.. She was rude. She answered my question smart mouthed.. I don't like that

My particular experience with the nurse, Rachel, was lovely as always. She's a fantastic nurse - just has a really great manner about her.
The nurse-led policy, however, is ridiculously frustrating. I knew I needed to see a Doctor for this appointment today so ultimately it was a waste of everyone's time. All the nurse was able to do was make a few notes and then refer me to the doctor - as predicted.
