Lines are always busy and I sometimes give up to get appointments.

You need to employ more staff, nurses and doctors. University are adding more students every year, but they don't employ more professionals.

Emma (and her assistant) could not have been nicer or more helpful or more caring!! They put me at ease!!! Could not speak more highly about the appointment (phone consultation with Emma was also great) - thank you!
