They could have asked me to call back sooner.

I went in for checkup on a lump (it’s an old one and have had it checked before, just wanted to check nothing had changed) - experience was great and very professional, I was recommended to a clinic for a scan just to make sure and give me peace of mind, and was explained throughout what the lump was (very different experience to my hometown doctor where they checked it and went ‘it’s fine’ and sent me off lol)

Friendly and efficient booking and carrying out of a routine vaccination appointment.

The waiting area feels underlit - like a shop about to close - so not very welcoming these days. In the past there was a screen showing information videos, a higher level of illumination, and a generally warmer and more welcoming atmosphere. Currently one feels a bit ‘parked’.
