Possibly, let patients book appointment same week. For instance, you call on a Monday and see the gp on a Thursday or Friday

An ongoing issue has escalated and the receptionist I spoke to was very helpful, managing to get me a face-to-face appointment for the next day. At that appointment, the doctor was able to refer me to two other specialist services, the first of which I went to the following day. I’m always very impressed with the service I receive at the University Health Centre.
