Excellent Surgery. Nurses and Dr Austera ( my GP) are very responsive, always go out of their way to help, involve you in decisions, and come across as genuinely caring.
Working in healthcare myself I have come into contact with lots of GP practices and I genuinely think that this one is exceptional.
Receptionists are approachable and efficient when delivering results, paperwork etc.
