I feel very fortunate that my daughter recommended your surgery when I moved here 5 years ago. Since then I have received very good care and treatment from everyone. I am particularly grateful to the receptionists, for thier patience, since I lost my hearing last year. Also grateful to Mrs Smith whom I see regularly for Warfarin tests.

Great receptionists. I spend some time in the surgery today as the doctor was running late. I listened to Tricia, the receptionist talking to patients and she could not have been more helpful and caring. They really do care about their patients.

I was given time and the doctor explained fully my condition and how we will work to solve the problem together over a period of time. i did not feel at any point that I was not important or that I was being rushed to leave. I felt very secure and that progress in a positive way was being made.
