I have been a patient at Twickenham Park since I was born and I've always been able to be seen quickly and making appointments is easy. All the doctors I have seen have helped and advised me to the best of their knowledge and I am happy being a patient here. Mia on reception always goes the extra mile to help.

We have been patients at this surgery for many years and we cannot praise the Doctors, Practice Nurses and Reception Team high enough for the care we have received, particularly now as we are senior citizens. Just lately, Reception ( Tricia ) has been exceedingly busy on our behalf dealing with an on going Hospital situation which has finally produced satisfactory results, well done to her and of course once again to the whole Team for your excellent service

I have been registered with this practice for a year and have had very positive experiences. Most notably, getting an appointment is incredibly easy in comparison to other practices. Thanks to the Dr's flexible working patterns and appointments held back for on the day bookings, I have found getting an appointment that fits around my own commitments is easy. Dr Baljit Johal is friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend his services. One development pointer for the surgery is that appointments are usually around 20 mins behind schedule. This is a comparatively minor point as this delay is still better than other surgeries I've been registered with!

The team is really professional and the whole patient experience has been consistent every time I have come to the surgery to see advise and treatment. I have never felt rushed and my GP has always been very thorough in listening to my concerns and giving me the care I needed.The reception staff are all very friendly and make you feel cared for from the moment you call the surgery to leaving the surgery. I am very grateful and impressed with the care I have got.
