I’ve been coming to the surgery since I was born so it’s been a long 30 years! I just want to let you know how great two members of your staff are. One of the Doctors, Dr Smitha Thurairatnam is absolutely brilliant. She’s very caring, she listens, she has time to see you, there’s no rush and she’s always so so pleasant. She’s amazing with my young daughter who really doesn’t like the Doctors or anything of a medical form and actually makes her visits enjoyable! She should be recognised for her great work, hence the reason for this email. Another member of staff is your lovely nurse who runs the baby clinic for immunisations etc. She last saw my daughter on 12 October 2017 for her 18 month immunisation. She’s absolutely brilliant with children and so caring to the mothers. She’s rushed off her feet with patients and still manages to deliver a perfect appointment to each one of us. She really does make you feel very relaxed in those 10 minutes you have with her. You feel like you’ve known her for years!

Dr Praba and Dr Selvapatt are my families doctors ,absolutely great service all the time ,they really care ,you can see as a patient that it is not just a job for them .I have had to visit them numerous times in the last few years .Thank you so much ! The ladies in the reception well trained ,kind and friendly each time when I visited the surgery .5* L .Paiu

For the record, just a little note of appreciation in that Tudor Lodge Health Centre, Wimbledon SW19 is doing a splendid job in health care, and for that matter, I find my GP Dr K. Prabaharan, most professional and efficient on my visits to her. I would wish her well. Thanking you. WASEEM SHAH
