The nurse practitioner - Sharon - is very knowledgeable about the female menopause and HRT and provided an exceptionally good service. I was pleased with the service but did not appreciate how good a service it was until I moved away and registered with another practice and experienced their 'equivalent'. All the women in WSM who are struggling with the signs of peri/meno should see Sharon. Better than many GPs in my opinion in terms of knowledge and bedside manner. A true asset to the clinic. Notification of Covid-19 vaccinations and reminders was excellent, and very helpful.

Maybe appointments could be easier to get hold of vis a vis GPs. Routinely ring and give people their blood test results.

A great surgery with doctors that care spoilt only by Bureaucracy and assumptions.
