Treflan Surgery

I suffer from osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, pain amplification syndrome, I have been on the same regime of medication since JANUARY 2000 which is when I was first diagnosed, quite often I have to increase my dosage of medication due to the severe increase of pain one of my medication is a controlled drug which I am told constantly I should not be increasing without first seeing a doctor to which I reply if I could get AN APPOINTMENT I wouldn't have to, I am quite aware of the fact that you can't always get an appointment every time but I have been trying since MARCH 2016 UNSUCCESSFULLY.Also there is a policy where as no appointments can be made in advance you must phone in the morning which I have done religiously at 8o'clock as that is when switchboard is turned on and phone is manned only to be told "NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE"?????? Anybody able to explain that????.
