On Thursday 19/10/17 I waited an hour to see Dr Woolner due to a misunderstanding about a phone or surgery appointment.
The receptionist on duty spoke to Dr Woolner to ask if she could see me at the end of her surgery. Dr Woolner and Christabel were kind, helpful and understanding.
I have Aspergers and can get confused.
Great service!
Some Drs could learn from them!
Nadeara on several occasions was given outstanding service on a number of occasions now. She is an asset to Townhill.
They are so caring and you really feel listened to as a patient.
Dr Newborn is a credit to the surgery.
Little was a good experience.
Ensure, when investing/buying new equipment to be used on patients in clinics that it is thoroughly tested on some GP's staff and nurses/patients before it goes into regular use so management are aware of outcomes!
New doppler test machine produces chronic uncomfortable 'pain' and discomfort.
Damage to veins/circulation.
Reliable testing doubtful for vital test, patient told not to speak once machine begins or test will be voided and have to be restarted! Dared to several! Awful experience.
I left my blood form at home and Eileen Sills was so helpful not making me feel bad at all she just printed the form off. I was really grateful for her understanding and kindness.
