The nurse was helpful and efficient. When we phone for any purpose, the same recorded message - re flu inject has not changed since mid September. It is a long spiel a shorter version, to save time "you have your flu injection if not enquire on....". Some receptionists don't know these forms are on the reception counter! Please excuse mixed up writing!

Great care when you can get into see a doctor I think the practise has got too big and very hard to get an appointment.

Yet again the procedure for administering the flu vaccine ran like clockwork! Extremely efficient and everyone was very friendly and professional. Almost a pleasure to have the jab!

A first class surgery with very friendly and competent staff and doctors. Booking an appointment by phone can be very slow and frustrating.
