I had my diabetic eye clinic check up today and would like to praise the doctor for his friendliness and for not rushing despite a number of people waiting, some of whom were moaning about the wait. The most time people were waiting was 20-30 mins and for such important and specialist check-ups, I cannot understand the grumbling. Thank you again for running this clinic and for the patience of the cheerful doctor. The chap who arranged my appointment only yesterday was very friendly and helpful too.
