Terrible Culture. Very rude reception staff. Won't help with sorting out medication changes from the hospital at all . Obstructive and aggressive behaviour from staff when trying to access medication.

Constantly told I need a medication review but can't get one. Stop being aggressive and rude non of us want to be on long term medication. Occasionally staff will try to help but it's a lottery and the hostile attitude is very unhelpful

I have attended lots of appointments in the past few years at The Group Practice in Todmorden, and I normally receive the same respect that I give to staff. The reception staff can be okay if you do not ask much from them, apart from Alicia as she always tries and she does practice her customary service skills. I have to say that the doctors are good at listening to you. But I do have to totally highlight the disgust and disdain approach I have received from a clinician called Lucy. Upon asking around my area if anyone else felt the same coldness that i have, and I was disgusted to discover that it was only ex alcoholics and ex drug addicts that she has shown this discrimination towards. I think that it maybe a better idea if I was to get the statement and signature from each of these complainers in order to see some disciplinary actions being taken towards her. I will contact the Surgery with this document in the very near future. Thank you Group of insulted patients
