On the whole, my experience of Thorpe H/C is very positive. I have a range of manageable health conditions which they have helped me to manage appropriately. I have also had timely and (hopefully) diagnoses.

Only ever had good experiences with the nursing team at this practice however the GP’s have treated me with no respect, don’t allow you to speak and constantly disregarded. The “care” you receive for mental health conditions is disgusting.

I suggest you read willow wood and sprowston primary care reviews.They are the same gps as this surgery.Gps here spread themselves so thinly, by being so greedy, by being listed at both surgeries!It certainly shows, as they make mistake after mistake after mistake.I have mentioned all of my dreadful experiences here, to many norwich residents.Everybody I speak to, be it new acquaintances or old, they all say the same thing, in that this surgery, and it's sister surgery at aslake close, are well known in this area as being certainly NOT a doctors anybody can trust, but definitely a doctors with a very very very bad reputation.Many patients have left this surgery.Some of these patients have taken their precious time to review this surgery on the surgery's actual website.However, not once have any gps from this surgery ever bothered to reply to any reviews.The reviews on this surgery's website are very damning.Nobody has anything good ever to say.There is a list of negative reviews.I can only hope that more people leave this surgery, but as distance and travel constraints dictate things, most people are forced to go to this bad surgery, but would definitely go somewhere else given the choice.gps here are poor through and through.They do not care.I have had an awful time with such a serious misdiagnosis, which is so wrongly noted in my records.I have been told by gps here that they know they have made gross errors, which have made things go so badly for my health.But, they refuse to note their errors in my records!Life for me would have been so great, had I never set foot in this ridiculous sham of a surgery!!!!!!!I am suffering physically daily and I have not yet had the correct help - so much have gps here done wrong, that I feel I'd rather suffer than return to this surgery.I have been left in pain, and I have tried to be heard.I have been treated with such disrespect.I have no trust in any gp here.Even a newer gp here protects colleagues by saying we can't discuss misdiagnosis.Ignoring facts like that are not helpful, because it means gps are not getting to the bottom of things, and hence, are not bothered about addressing their errors and hence addressing the root of my physical health problem.
