The very best surgery anywhere . One problem though is that Care Standards have poked their noses in and recommended that the seating is changed and notices go up everywhere mentioning people's privacy etc . They take us for idiots and we don't need this interference and treating like idiots! The seating has ruined the place ,we all have to look at the floor now in case we are accused of staring at people's. We can be heard from in front and behind so people have stopped speaking to each other and it has created an atmosphere in the waiting room that hasn't been there for the last 40 or more years,it's change for changes sake,these people need a proper job as I don't want my tax going on them making mess up like this. We are now likely to come out with colds flue etc as people cough from behind ,cough at you from the front and side ,it's shocking and needs to go back to the way it was with the books in the middle of the room,as we don't know where to look now that we are all so close to one another in front and behind! Leave our surgery alone ,it works and we love it !
