I was greeted politely buy the receptionist and the doctor, and was seen promptly.
My concerns were listened to and heard and treatment options full explained. Questions were invited and I was involved in the decision making about my care.
I received a very professional service - difficult to see ho it could be improved.

Although I am able to see any doctor within the practice, it would be nice to see my GP who I am assigned to on medical issued that I am particularly anxious about.
I also found it difficult to get an appointment by phone and have to wait until one is available.

The Dr's are all good when I can get to see them.
I have not needed to see them in almost an year. But it is difficult to get a quick appointment.

The two heathcare assistants that I saw were exerlant (Katie Sainsbury and Maureen McDonagh) they are very good at their jobs. I was made to feel relaxed and I was well informed of all I needed to know, at all times. A credit to the practice.
