Whenever u want a telephone call feom tge doc they don't like to ring u and wen they do they don't give u enough time to answer it so u have to ring them bk and wen u do ur told the doc isn't there to speak to so u ask for tge doc to call u again and he let's it ring once so u still don't get time to answer the phone . The doc s are rude to u have no empathy and treat u like crap. With all of this I have changed surgerys

i've been going to this doctors surgery for years, and i probly only ever go once a year. but everytime i go to the doctors the receptionists are so rude its unbelieveable its nearly impossible to get an appointment for that day even when you call at 8 in the morning. not only that results have been lost from there, notes have been lost too! theres been times when ive been to see my doctor about a problem and they have no clue what you are going on about because things havent been recorded. and to top it off i went for one bloodtest, which was put in the wrong test tube and the writing was so unclear on it the hopital then refused to test it. all i can say is they are useless
