We have found the doctors to be extremely good and caring, and also a new nurse who I spoke to recently (in January 20). But the receptionist who usually answers the phone can be very unhelpful and indeed unpleasant regardless of how polite and reasonable you are, she needs training on how to treat people with some respect (thankfully there is a much better one who I generally get when I ring on Wednesdays). Due to the parking problems it can be extremely difficult to get people with poor mobility into the surgery, it is very unfortunate that the move to better premises has been delayed.

My hustand and myself attend the surgery we have always been trea ted with respect from the whole team we have always been able to see a doctor when we needed to everyone does a fantastic job even when they are stressed we are so glad that is our sugary thankyou to everyone
