I saw Dr maliya today .she was so patience with me and understanding .didn't rush me .I am suffering anxiety. And need reassurance. Dr maliya gave me that .I felt much better when I came out . We are very lucky to have a great health centre that we have .

I saw the lovely nurse denise. Very caring lady .I am very anxious lady .but within 2 min she put me at ease took her time with me explained everything it was a nice experience. Plus she taught me about more care with my asthma. I am proud of our health centre all gps and nursing staff work extremely hard.

I have been with this practice over 20 years and seen a lot of changes. But the duty of care is still the best .I have the greatest respect for all the GPS and nurses .I have been throu some difficult times and have been looked after brilliantly.

Receptionist think they're doctors as they want to know the problem you have but don't give you an appointment when you need... April 2016 I complained of a throbbing lump in my neck for over a year I was turn away with the words "it's nothing sinester" by the doctors, it took a locom to do tests to find I had a rare subclavian artery aneurysm ready to pop... thank you to the locom for saving my life as the rest of the staff haven't a clue.... it's fare to say I'm changing doctors after 14 horrid years of that place... good luck whoever goes to this surgery as you'll definitely need it
