I was recently in the surgery to re-register with the surgery as I have recently move back into the area, I was asked to fill a few forms, one of them was for diversity and it requires me to fill my enthicity. I am of African descent and I was very upset to see that Nigeria was on the list by itself( I am Nigerian), I don't know if they are aware that Nigeria is in the Africa or it was just an honest mistake.. I pointed this out to the receptionist and she advise she will look into it, I would like that to be corrected. Everything else was great as usual expect for that. I will be attending again soon and I hope this has been corrected by then. Thank you

The admin team are fabulous but I felt that I would be unlikely to say to any more friends or family to attend here. The receptionists are great, they make getting repeats and stuff a pure joy. The practice manager is very helpful too. The GPs are nice and I get on well with mine, its just the reluctance to get a reason for some pains, psychological symptoms, physical symptoms. I appreciate that the surgery is busy and the doctors are both nice enough. Short term care wise they are fab and you can usually get an appointment within a week, there is a self service ap for your phone which is awesome, and you can even do e-prescribing and repeats that are ordered on the phone and then picked up at your local pharmacy which is great. Thanks Guys!

I have no complaints regarding the quality of care from the doctors or the nurses. In fact, I have been pleased with the care to date (I have been with the surgery for one year and had cause to visit twice). However, I have found the receptionist(s) to be abrupt, bordering on rude, and unhelpful. People more often than not contact a doctors surgery because they are unwell and I would strongly recommend that the receptionist(s) consider this and employ some sense of empathy for the individuals with which they are communicating. A little bit of compassion and understanding goes a long way. If they are not capable of doing so, then they are in the wrong profession.

THIS IS WHAT NEEDS IMPROVING. RECEPTIONISTS NEED TO BE SYMPATHETIC, KIND, UNDERSTANDING, CARING, AND HELPFUL, WELCOMING, AND PROFESSIONAL, WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A SMILE WHEN GREETED. THIS SURGERY DOES NOT COMPLY TO THE ABOVE. RECEPTIONISTS ARE DEFENSIVE, RUDE, THEY DO NOT ACCEPT MISTAKES AND APPLOGISE, THEY STICK TOGETHER TO MAKE YOU LOOK BAD. HAVE REGISTERED ELSE WHERE
