I’ve never had any major problems at the vesey practice. The receptionists are always caring even though they’re so busy and always accommodate where they can. They can’t work miracles, they’re only humans that can work with what they have. The doctors and nurses have always been thorough. On the one occasion where I’ve had to speak to the manager, she was lovely and sorted the issue quickly. I’d recommend this practice to all my friends. It’s not perfect but they try their best.
