Easy to book on line appointments lots of availability.. recommended
Would be much better and efficient if the book in screen was working ,
The queue at the counter just to book in would then be unnecessary , and free up the receptionists time for other patients requests.
The waiting time in the surgery to see a practitioner, can sometimes be really long , would be nice to be told, potential wait time, either verbally or on a screen.

Appointment time met in fact I was seen early therefor no waiting involved. Sister Martindale very pleasant and explained everything very well. I felt at ease talking to her.
