Used to be a very good practice sadly a lot of good staff have left one gp is very good sadly retiring my care isn’t the same when he’s away so i feel hesitant and worried when he retires. New receptionists can be awkward one nurse prescriber is rude and overpowering and talks down to you don’t get same treatment / prescription courses unless same dr. Some staff blame patients for there mistakes non return of calls from certain staff - when I’ve had issues before I tend to deal in formally as the gp deals with it in correct manner sadly looks like that’s gone so will be formal. Very clear lack of drs national shortage yes but shouldn’t be so few to the amount of area of patients continuity is key but certain staff don’t spend much time here the two drs that work there full time and based there work hard. I understand we are in a pandemic however these issues started before then.
