I hope that this practice wakes up and re evaluates its practices. Poor attitude of the doctors, more interested in profit than patients needs. If the government implements its plans to allow choice of practice for people, irrespective of location, anyone with sense with leave this one to others further afield which offer better care.

Not at all accommodating, helpful or caring. This practice is a disgrace. The days when it had a good reputation have long gone. Even other health care professionals now realise and comment on how dreadful it is.
