I am very happy with my experience of this practice over the past few years. My GP is very good, and the reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Being able to book appointments and repeat prescriptions online works well too and saves waiting/queuing.

most reception staff are professional and caring. The doctors are always kind to me and my family. Some patients tend to abuse the appointment system which in turn makes it difficult for the rest of us. lets try to value the service given to us and then we might just retain the NHS

I have attended the surgery on many occasions for myself as well as my family for a number of reasons. I am happy about the service I recieve at all times and feel that the surgery is continuing to improve their customer care and service by providing well trained staff with good customer care and better appointment scheduling where I dont have to wait for ages to get an appointment.The service has come a long way and will continue to improve if all the staff listen to the community needs more often.
