I have been registered with this parctice for several years and my experience's while here at this surgery have been good. The receptionist are pleasant and helpful on arrival and the GP's are extremley friendly and caring towards patients and really matter about their patient care. The walk in service is a good idea and it gives everybody a equal chance to see a GP, It also has improved the phone system as it is not so busy and i can get through. Keep up the good work and improvments at the surgery. Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you all.

I have been with this GP practice for over 13 years and have seen many improvements (especially in the last 4 months) to positively impact waiting times, appointment availability and self service. I would not have said the same thing this time last year. Very well done to all the staff for making these welcome changes. All the receptionists are friendly whilst absolute professionalism. Keep up the good work!!!
