The GP 's at this surgery are absolutely useless. The attention and care are virtually nonexistent and to get an appointment to see a GP is almost impossible. It took months to get an appointment just to physically see a GP and the lead up to that was phone calls. How on earth can you possibly assess a patient when an examination was needed by simply having a phone conversation! After I had the telephone conversation I had to then put in a complaint with the surgery manager complaining about the attitude and lack of care and professionalism about the GP. I was actually told by this GP the ibuprofen would actually cure my complaint when the NHS website says the opposite! The appointment to the surgery that I eventually had was nothing short of shambolic! The GP never even examined me for my condition and then when finally coerced she listened through her stethoscope at my chest and back through my 4 layers of clothing!! I found that absolutely astonishing and when I checked the NHS website it stated that it wasn't even proper practice to listen through 2 layers of clothing!! I have absolutely no faith or confidence whatsoever in this surgery and questions should be asked of these so-called professionals.

The GP 's need to be checked and monitored to assess their ability to carry out their duties properly. The time taken to get an appointment to see a GP needs to be addressed urgently as this is about people's health and wellbeing.
