If you NEED to see a doctor it is easy to get an appointment. The receptionists are very pleasant, efficient and co-operative and try to accommodate appointments in an orderly, prioritised, way. The staff who issue repeat prescriptions are very pleasant and extremely helpful - Angela, Michelle and Jeanette always work with a smile and always try to meet your prescription needs. Today, during a power cut, the staff still functioned by writing urgent prescriptions by hand - nice to know we still have people who can work without computers and keep things moving. (Well done Angela Wilson)

I have found that when I need an appointment that the staff are extremely co-operative and helpful. Where possible they will always give an appointment with your chosen doctor but, if not available, with another doctor in the practice. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful.

Awfully frustrating just trying to phone the medication line it's like phoning a ghost town No one picks up. 3 days trying to phone the medication telephone line morning and afternoon. I've had no medication for 4 days and now I am starting to feel unwell. I'm sure that all your doctors are sorry etc and trying to put a new meds system in place it's not the first time it's every time I have to walk round and ask at the glass hatch for a prescription I've already visited reception and asked what the malfunction is why you cannot answer the phone the receptionist walked off as she doesn't like being told the truth. You did not like my last review that's why you walked off as I heard the other two reception staff who came to watch say that's him who wrote that review yes it is me and thank you for acknowledging that your aware you should be answering the phone I have enough on my plate trying to keep positive it's a huge effort mentally for me my medication does help and like i said I've had none for 4 days and starting to deteriorate slightly because of that please don't send any letters in May for a meds review as I've not had any meds I think before you do anymore building work and letting everyone know your willing to take on new patients i think you should be able to answer the medication phone line first . you can visit me at my home address next week or so and decide for yourselves if I need any meds or not or maybe it's a case of our of sight out of mind let's find out. Kindest of regards Stephen Roberts

Requested telephone consultation for 3 year old autistic son, he extremely poorly and not coping. This was granted between 11-12pm today ... no call and it’s 7 pm ! Disgraceful another trip to a&e which could have been avoided if only these drs would see/speak to their patients.
