This was my last appointment with one of the previous Gp's at this practice.
Reception was efficient and pleasant as usual. I was seen on time and it was easy to get an appointment.
My concern is that a group of highly skilled and caring doctors has been disbanded and I do not yet know what the new service will be like. The doctors at the Rowans have set the bar high in terms of patient expectation of quality of care. I know that it was not easy to get appointments and I too found this frustrating but I would gladly put up with this to retain the previous partners.
