The surgery is very-very helpful whether it is on the phone or at the reception. I would go as far as to say all the staff go out of their way and give an extraordinary service. My sister feels the same way about The Ross Practice. Thank You.

Answer the phones quicker but unfortunately it is the same world wide! Saying that it isn't tooooo bad at this Surgery.
