Bad practise over 2 years 25 complaints raised to tye practice and not 1 has had a reply or been investigated, managers uncontactable, I've recived letters threatning me I'm tye one been abusive, despite staff and receptionist abusing me verbally and tyreatning me, I'm a vunerable adult with mental health and I've had zero support from them, when I ring up staff are off handed threatning and abusive, after googling tye ridge and speaking to patients they all say same tye ridge is a,bad practise needs a proper investigation, disgusting service

I spent 25 mins waiting for an answer on the phoneline and when i spoke to the receptionist about opting out of a medication change(which by law is my right) she refused to help then became hysterical and said i was shouting at her, i was not. Then i asked for her full name as i thought she was being rude and awkward with me and unhelpful like she was trying to get rid of me. she refused to give it then hung up. this is disgraceful service. i have been with this doctors surgery my whole life and they have always been ok, but the past few years the receptionists are on a power trip and treat patients very poorly. Her first name i think was Dawn she would not tell me. this whole experience has left me very upset and its bad enough dealing with my chronic health problems i also have to be treated this way by people i seek help from. im afraid i would not recommend this surgery.

Suggested improvements
The receptionist need to treat people with respect. its such a pity because the doctors are very good and quite understanding, if you are luck enough to get an appointment.
