I have been with this doctor six years or more and now in the process of changing. Reception team including Renata on reception used to be friendly now rude. Doctor mustafa very unemphetic and condescending and even if you call at 8 AM on the dot you don’t get an appointment it’s an e consult that can take days for them to review it. I am going into battle with them just to call the lab at the hospital to get my results. Awful just awful since the change from Dr Bentley as practice manager/ owner it’s been awful!

More empathetic doctors and polite reception staff and appointments when you call at 8 am
