Good receptionists and an excellent doctor, Natasha Martyn. Problems perhaps in the past with information not being passed between one branch of the NHS system and another, such as consultants, but I understand new IT is being installed.

a good bunch of doctors, just spoilt by 1 bad apple. lots of appointments made by the practise for no reason(eg, handing in a form)
