3 weeks to get an appointment about mental health. Told by receptionist to try call on day explained work patterns don't allow to be told nothing they can do.
The nurse taking bloods hasn’t the first clue about hand hygiene, first touching door handles, the reception release button and computer keyboard then palpating a vein to take blood. The cotton bud and etc laid on the desk next to the keyboard used to then cover the puncture. She also gave me information about providing a sample for pathology which was alarmingly innacurate. Twice this surgery have failed to inform me of blood test results when I’ve had urgent prescriptions and should have been informed that medication had been made available to alleviate my illness. I can’t say I’m impressed. The reception staff are however very helpful and I haven’t had a bad experience with any of the doctors.
Rubbish, been trying 3 weeks for appointment, never any availiable, rang 105 times on 29-10-18, looks like DRI, then surgey gets billed!!
I have always had a positive experience with this practice. I like the quick appointment system. The doctors and nurses are excellent and have always provided a caring and compassionate consultation. In a time when the NHS is struggling, this practice gets it right! Thank you.
Knowledgeable staff.
Helpful receptionists and good doctors.
Takes a while to get through via telephone in morning for appointments.
