Was made to feel guilty about not being able to afford medicine from the pharmacy. When I asked if there was anything on prescription I was told the difference was ‘only pounds’ and it was about if I ‘wanted to help the NHS’. The medicine I needed cost about £15 which I didn’t have. Terrible way to treat a patient who had opened up to the doctor about how badly they were coping.

I have lived in the area for 18 months and have two young kids which mean I am visiting the doctors a lot! I can only say positive things about this surgery, I never have an issue getting an appointment, there is never a long wait and the doctors are brilliant. They have never made me feel silly for coming or like I am wasting their time. Everyone I have seen have been great with my kids. People don’t give positive feedback enough so I wanted to take the time to do it! I’m sure they don’t get enough!

I have just used the new Online consultation service for the first time...Absolutely brilliant. Was out of hours and not excepting a reply until the next day. Was a simple request for a 3 day extension to a sickness certificate until I saw my surgeon, but response was quick, polite and saved me needing to take up an appointment, or a phone call to a GP. Well recommended. Thank You.
