Seen practitioner, 3 days later no improvement, ask to see a doctor. Told I can't see a doctor, can only see practitioner again. No examination, what's the point , I'd rather suffer.

I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the treatment you have received. I can assure you that the practice takes all complaints seriously. I can also assure you that our Nurse Practitioners are highly qualified, skilled and expereinced. Our same day provision is now with Nurse Practitioners to help us to cope with and manage daily demand. The Nurse Practitioners have the support of a GP each day for more complex cases as and when required.
