We all know the NHS is under strain and are willing it to succeed. I think new technology and communications can help a lot and I applaud the innovative means of making contact and booking appointments of different kinds. It has worked pretty well for me so far, but I do worry about people totally out of touch with means of accessing the Internet.

We are pleased to hear that you found that the online booking system has worked well for you so far, we have worked hard to implement this system and it's pleasing to hear it's working well. Our staff are trained to help and talk through the new system with patients who might not find the process as easier as others and telephone lines are still available for those that need it.
