I’ve used the on line contact and found that very good. I did not need an appointment but got a call back the same day and also a time slot for when the call would be. However when trying to ring for an appointment for a regular injection I was 23 minutes in a queue.

Suggested improvements
Please have more people answering the phone. I called in the afternoon hoping it would be quieter and was number 4 in the queue. I held on as I thought it wouldn’t take too long but it took 23 minutes - seemed like only one person taking calls!

Sorry to hear you had a longer wait than usual to get through on the phones, we usually have 2 or 3 staff answering calls but may have been short on this occasion.
