I called as a university student who had a UTI. I went through 111 and an urgent care centre who neither could help and directed me to contact my local GP. I did, the surgery refused my temporary registration saying they couldn’t do that - when I know for a fact they can as I work in a surgery myself, she directed me back to services which told me to use the local surgery. When I am in pain and agony I do not appreciate the false information and lack of help from the receptionist.

Listened to the patient - as well as putting on temporary forms I know you can do for help.
