What on earth has happened to this practice following the merger with the Lea Vale practice. Not able to talk to anybody at the surgery. Told the only way was to visit the surgery. Impossible to make an appointment over the phone, has to be sent by computer and wait for a response. No chance to make a choice of what may be available. In short while the Medical staff are good the rest is total rubbish

Allow routine appointments to be made by phone.

Impossible to get an appointment unless you dont work and are at home at 8am-9am to sit waiting on phone . No other way-absolutely ridiculous and frustrating.

Awful customer service from the practice manager Caroline Cook. Lack of sympathy and respect. Needs to learn the basics of customer service/how to be professional. If the practice manager is rude, what hope is there for the rest of the staff with the example she sets?

Send the practice manager on a customer service course.

This is the best doctors I’ve been too fantastic doctors and nurses can’t thank them enough for the care I’ve received the receptionist are helpful and friendly great team all round
